I’d had a cold for a while and finally checked to see if it was COVID-19. It was not.

I removed the bonnet from the Mini.

First night of winter league ultimate. Our team, Huckleberries (Purple) lost to Hey Barbie! 35-21.

I got all the Lego storage boxes out and started disassembling some sets.

Winter league ultimate: lost to Green 32-29.

I was walking across the stone of a spilldam up in the Green Mountain National Forest and Koey didn’t want to jump the gap, but Bulo did. He tried to squirm under her and ended up knocking them both into the pond.

I took the dogs over to Okemo to let them run on the manufactured snow.

Opening day at Okemo. I took a few runs on the one and only run open.

Training day at Okemo. This is Kaylie, Tommy, and Rich on the lift. My legs were wiped out after riding all day. Ran into Chris Saylor and he asked if i’d seen an instructor who had a private lesson booked on him for the next day. I said i’d be around if he needed me. At the end of the day, the lesson got swapped to me.

Taught a morning private lesson—one low-yellow level girl. Got her doing better turns.

A friend had introduced me through Facebook to a friend of hers who lived north of Rutland. We’d been emailing back and forth for a couple weeks and today we met up at Pine Hill Park and hiked out to a pond. This grafittied building was off in the woods along the way. When we got back to the parking lot, a few people reprimanded me for having my dogs off-leash. Ugh.

That evening i went over to the farm and took some night pics. During the long-exposure for this one, the camera slipped, making the stars look like they were falling out of the sky.

Went to the farm, baked an apple and pecan pie.

Went to the farm again, then drove down to Providence.

Took the dogs to the local dog park in the morning. There were about 10-12 other dogs there. Went again in the afternoon with Nina—fewer people that time. Had a good Thanksgiving dinner with Nina’s family and “out-laws.” Ate much pie. After dinner, Mark, Isaiah, Nikolai, Adina, and i test-played my board game.

All-day lesson. One green-level girl who did not want to be there. She left after lunch and i picked up one of the kids from Eliza’s yellow group who was ready for the lift.

Two snowboard kids today, i had the yellow/green level one. She improved a lot over the day. I took one picture that day—on the dog walk in the afternoon.

No lessons. I took some runs with Lucy.

Lost again at winter league to the Red (Taylor’s Version) team 32-27.

I jacked up the Mini and just barely got it onto the jack-stands. When i tried to jack up the other side, the jack collapsed. Piece of crap.

New goat at the farm—Noel. I just caught her jumping out of her pen, easily 4 or 5 foot fence which she bounded over—while pregnant! I hoped to have her do it again so that i could get a picture of it, but no luck.
