Took a few pics while we were waiting for our game. That's Eugene diving in the end zone.

Winter League finals versus Wheaton's purple team. Darryl and Frank joined up with Wheaton, Robbie, Eugene and Wheaton to have some dinner before the game (late game). I picked up Millie and drove up for the game with her.
Purple took an early lead and we fought back a bit but were trailing by 2 or 3 at halftime. We, as we usually did, stepped up play in the second half and caught up. There was an injury late in the game and we stopped the clock at 0:54 remaining, score 25-25. Purple had it and worked it in for a goal. We picked it up with 0:17 and threw a wide pass out to Zach, who hucked it long to Pooch. Pooch caught it in the end zone against 2 defenders with 5 seconds left. Our sideline erupted. So purple worked it back as time expired, 26-26. They threw a pass to Eugene which went high. He had a second bid but the disc went out the back. So Jeff picked it up and we started working it down the field. Millie and Jeff exchanged passes down the line until Jeff put it to Millie in the end zone, and we won 27-26. Best game ever.

Stopped by the Wallingford town hall and got the pups' licenses.
|
Walked the dogs around the Jackson Gore base area to see if we could move the disc golf course.
|
Down week. Days off. Walked the disc golf course again to see how to change it due to the Mountain Coaster being installed. Brought the dogs by the signshop and introduced them to Chrystal and Juno.
|
Drove over to Green Mountain College and played some ultimate. There were about 10 people there when i showed up and i was the only one with a disc. Stopped by Jeff's place in Tinmouth on my way back and hung out on his porch for a while.

Due to business at work and rain in both Vermont and Pennsylvania, i didn't go down to Shunk as i usually do and ended up working on Wednesday and Thursday in exchange for a couple long weekends in May.
I met up with Cornelia, Henry, and Amadea to see Angelique Kidjo in Hanover. Pretty cool show. Angelique got the whole audience involved and at one point had about 100 people up on stage with her.
