Jason and i cut out of work early to go see Matrix-Revolutions at a nearby theater. I thought it was a really good way to finish off the series, even though the Neo/Agent Smith fight was a little long.

I wanted to see Los Lonely Boys and found out that they were playing at the House Of Blues opening for Robert Randolph and the Family Band, who i'd never heard of. Then a couple weeks before the show i heard a Robert Randolph song on the radio and, well, see November 3. The show was great, if crowded (a woman in front of me spent half the show with her back to the stage talking to someone, and of course there are the people who keep backing up and bumping into you). Los Lonely Boys kicked butt and the Robert Randolph just tore the place down. Pretty damn amazing show.

Flew to Providence for thanksgiving at Nina and Mark's. I went walking through a park by this river that afternoon and noticed cars just parked along the road with people sitting in them, and 3 or 4 cars drove by and the drivers slowed down and looked at me as i was walking along. I found out later that that is the local gay pick-up spot.

Visited Patrick at Javaspeed Scooters.

Walked around downtown Providence taking pictures. Took some pics of my nephew Isaiah. That afternoon, my mother and i drove down to Newport and drove around by all the mansions.

Trip home was uneventful. Half-full plane. It was snowing in Chicago when i got here, but soon stopped and nothing stuck.

Sometimes Seera wants to play more than Teco does.
