Played in the Eat Your Young ultimate tournament. This tournament splits into 5 teams by age. The age cutoff for the oldsters team (for the men) was 38. I was the oldest by 5 years, but certainly held my own, even skinning my knee while catching an errant dump pass. We beat the youngest team and lost to the three middle teams by about 10 points each. Ryan and Kara's old-middle team beat Wheaton's middle-middle team in the final. I was very sore, but it was cool to play in a tournament again, evan a small one-day indoor tourney.

Last-minute decision to zip into Rutland to see Star Wars: The Force Awakens again. Small crappy theater, but just as good the second time.

Went snowboarding after work, which was my first time out in over a month.

Snowboarding again. I got to the maintenance garage at about 7:30 and started hiking up the hill, planning to go up until 8:00 when the lifts opened. Art came by on his snowmobile and offered me a ride up Mountain Road, but i declined. Then Kirk drove up on his snowmobile and said "i'm going to the top!" So i took that ride, took some pics, then got first tracks down Sapphire and Heaven's Gate. It had snowed about 5 inches or so overnight, so the riding was pretty sweet.

Went snowboarding for a couple hours. Got on the lifts at 8:00, took a lap at Solitude, then headed over to Soth Face for the first time this season. I stopped to climb the icy steps of the fire tower, then headed to the base of South Face. I wanted to ride the new lift, but it wasn't running, so i headed back across the resort to Jackson Gore and visited some of the instructors there, then up the new bubble chairs on the Quantum Four, which had a huge line at the bottom. After another long line at the Solitude lift, i packed it in and headed home.
