End of season Maples Disc Golf tournament. Only 5 people there, plus two guys from BCO. We played one round, i shot the worst with a +5 and ended up with the #12 tag. (The only tags in play were 1, 2, 3, 5, 12.)

Had an appointment with a dietician to see if we could figure out what was causing me to continually be sick. He pointed me in the direction of what to eat and what to avoid and mentioned some food allergies, among them, soy. Overall, though, he said that i should be eating more protein.

Up to the farm after work, then over to the Tinmouth Old Firehouse to see Wheton's acapella group The Waxwing Four sing. It was pretty nice and the acoustics were great.

When i got home i had a can of tuna fish (protein) and ended up being sick on the couch all weekend.

Decided that the culprit in my stomach woes was soy. Stopped eating it. Soy is in a LOT of things.

First game of Burlington Winter League ultimate. We (the Blue team) beat the White team 38-24. This was the first running i'd done since August and held up fairly well, although i was playing for very short stints.

Second game of Burlington Winter League ultimate. We beat the Maroon team (after being tied at half and behind by 2 at the beginning of the second half) 34-27.

Thanksgiving. I worked. I was the only one there and puttered around getting stuff out of the way. I left early and took Seera over to the farm to walk around.

I'd driven the mini to work the last couple days and the roads were not too dry so it picked up a lot of road-guck. I washed it in the fading light when i got home, then garaged it, perhaps for the season, perhaps not, we'll see.

Went out with Todd and Mike and helped run the first half of the first day of the A Group snowboard instructor training. The snow was soft and mashed-potatoey, with some BIG bumps built up on Nor'easter by late morning.
