A little overnight snow. That evening was the Ski + Ride School end of season party, where my video was shown to generally positive reviews.

Winter League Ultimate. We were seeded #2 and played the #7 White team. They beat us.

Day 1 of the civil trial that i was on the jury for. The Plaintiffs (landowners along Route 7) presented a map of surveys and had one expert witness testifying. They rested after lunch and the Defendant (State of Vermont Agency of Transporatation) brought in their expert witness and presented a box-load of maps and plans.

During lunch i walked around downtown Rutland and took pictures.

Day 2 of the trial. The Defendant continued with more disorganized maps and rested just before lunch. During lunch i drove down to The Stove Depot and bought a pellet stove, as they were having a sale. Then i went over to the Mall and walked around in it's spooky near-emptiness. When i got back to the courthouse, we all sat around in the jury room for a couple more hours and then finally got called in for final arguments. Once the lawyers were done, we went to deliberate and 9 of the 11 jurors (one had been dismissed before the trial started) were for the Defendants, 2 were for the Plaintiffs. It only took us about 5 minutes to convince the two and we delivered a verdict within half an hour.

The weather got warm and the snow in front of my garage finally melted away, allowing the Mini to come forth.

Went over to the farm and took a bunch of pics of the baby goats and the farm in general.

Dropped Seera off at the farm and drove over to Saratoga Springs, NY to be an Observer for the Metro East DIII College Regionals. Observed a few games, went to the crappy hotel and showered, then went to dinner in downtown Saratoga Springs. Drove around a few minutes looking for parking and lucked into a spot right across the street from the restaurant. There was a wait for a table, so we went and had some Ben & Jerry's before dinner.

Day 2 of Regionals. Observed semis and finals with no major issues. SUNY Geneseo won. Drove home and picked up Seera at the farm.
