Tim and i went down to Willie Dunn's Grille and i shot some pictures and got a free lunch.

In the morning i went over to Jackson Gore and walked out a new 9-hole disc golf course. Later that day i went over to Willie Dunn's again to take a couple pictures of a table to use in an ad we were putting together.

I drove down to Devens, MA to play in a one-day grand masters ultimate tournament with the team Fossil Fuel. We lost our pool games 11-1, 11-5, and 11-3, but finally met an unworthy opponent and won our last game 11-6 or something. I didn't play that well, but finally woke up and got 3 interceptions in the last game.

I stopped in Littleton and visited Greg & Edna and kids for a couple hours after the tournament, then drove home.

I hiked out all of the Jackson Gore hiking trails so that i could make an accurate map for the Spring House.

I was hiking out on a highly deteriorated road in the Okemo State Forest and i'd arrived at where a beaver dam had flooded the road when i heard, fairly nearby through the woods, 2 or 3 coyotes howling. Time to turn around, methinks.

Getting a good picture of Teco is hard, especially a good action shot. I like these pics, even though they're blurry.

Straight up from ultimate.

It's getting to the point where it's just raining too much.

Annual Okemo summer employee party at Camp Plymouth State Park. Whoo. I left early.

Drove down to Weston and up a dirt road to its end, then hiked up an old road to a point i'd hiked to from the opposite end.

Yet another cloudy rainy day. Not enough people showed up at ultimate, so we played some double disc court.

Worked half a day, then packed up and drove down to Shunk. Took the pics of the fly and Seera at a rest stop on I-88.

Ian arrived mid-morning. I spent the day mowing along the grade with the tractor, then started mowing the grass around the house until it started to rain.

Lake House II now has DSL and so Ian and i watched some episodes of The Daily Show online that evening.

One of the steering tie-rods on the lawn mower had fallen off the day before. It wouldn't stay on, so i took it off, switched ends, and held it back in place with a bungie cord, which allowed me to finish mowing the lawn. Then i filled all the potholes on the road and replaced some boards on some bridges.

I took a kayak ride in the morning and saw a great blue heron or two, then Ian and i loaded my truck with wood scraps from the pallet mill. After that we walked around the lake and visited the treehouse, which had cool leaf patterns on the boards.

After lunch, i drove home to Vermont.

There's a moon in the sky called the moon.

This is the only picture i took today, and i actually woke up the next day thinking that i hadn't taken any pictures at all. I'd taken this early in the day as i was walking out to my truck from the signshop.
