I hiked up to the intersection of Mountain Road and Village Run, then rode down to Jackson Gore so that i could do the video work for the Women's Alpine Adventures.

That night i cut my hair. I was going to take a "before" shot as well, but i forgot.

I was getting really tired of this cough that i'd had for weeks so i finally went to the Ludlow Health Clinic and saw a doctor who said that nothing much was wrong, prescribed some antibiotics, and told me to drink plenty of fluids. The antibiotics were $45 for 6 pills!

Went out riding through the trees with Rob and Dan. Got stuck a few times, but it was great riding.
