The Withdrawals had the idea of a hand on the cover for a while as i was working on other cover ideas, and finally got a friend of theirs to draw the hand that ended up on the cover. I took the black and white line drawing, scanned it and Photoshopized it. The background texture was completey digitally created in Photoshop with various noise layers and filters.

The disc artwork was a full-color drawing which i scanned and reduced to 3 colors: a white base, red, and black.
