Turned on David White's lathe in Knoxville, TN. This is what happens when you dig out a bowl too far. You end up with a funnel. I actually didn't go through until i was sanding this bowl, but i decided to finish it off and then i turned the base piece for it, which fits snugly into the opening of the funnel.
